So many in the body of Christ are in a place of transition and change as Father is realigning people for a new season of fruit bearing.  In order to transition well from one season to the next, it is often necessary to grieve in a healthy way that sets us free to bear fruit in our new season. 

Intro for upcoming book ‘Unsearchable: A Journey Into the Riches of Christ’.Most people attribute their security and sense of well being to their natural state or sum of their resources, but it became apparent to me that, as believers in Christ, we are the wealthiest people on the planet completely apart from the status of our bank account.  To take it even a step further, if we attribute our state of wealth or well-being based on the abundance or lack of our material possession or our natural state, we have already missed apprehending the riches of Christ.  This upcoming book will be part instruction and part application and sometimes miraculous real life testimonies on a journey into the riches of Christ.

During the second half of 2019, the Holy Spirit highlighted the phrase “unsearchable riches of Christ” in Ephesians 3:8. That began a journey of learning and stepping into something that would change the way I saw everything.

A few thoughts for one of the most unique Good Fridays in history.

Father said, “It’s time to move from the roller coaster of happiness to the locomotive of joy.” Roller coasters make for a great ride but a terrible life. We are being invited to make the switch to the unshakable, unstoppable Locomotive of Joy that runs on the rails of truth and grace.

I found some (not cool) messages buried in an inbox for spam or blocked users. It reminded me we all need a place to go to pour out our hearts and there are some things we cannot always handle. So where do we go and what do we do when we face things we can't handle?

"Why great questions? Great questions communicate value and honor in our relationships, but they also lead us to places of discovery, ownership and responsibility...."

For years I believed that seeking to please people was kind and loving. I was shocked to find out that my efforts to do so often had a selfish motive.

Dear Husband,Don't take for granted that you get to wake up next to the woman who said "I do" to you. Hurt and disappointment may have put walls between you, but remember there was a time you didn’t want to live another day without her. .... . .

Bobby was as tall as a man, tried to act like a man, had a pretty young lady by his side, but 17 year old Bobby wasn't a man. To offer forgiveness and grace to others while ready to throw a stone of judgment at my 17 year old self was hypocritical.

Fear leads us to try and control for self protection or connection but real love only exists when there is real freedom. We can have connection or control but we can’t have both.

Sometimes I ask, “why, God?” I don’t know if He has ever answered that prayer. Here’s a couple things to do and a better prayer to pray when asking, “why, God?”
