This morning I didn't shower. I wore the same pair of jeans I wore yesterday and a comfy T-shirt because I was taking my son to school and returning home instead of going into the office.

If I am paying attention, life is a continual classroom. Experience and trusted friends make the best teachers. I try to write them down when they cross my path. This is part 2 of some of those from 2015.

How amazing is it that when I am in relationship being supported and supporting others, my brain tells me everything is OK. When I am disconnected and doing life alone, my brain tells me I am not OK and something is wrong.
